Cyclus® Bead Extraction

Cyclus® Bead Extraction is designed for efficient isolation of mycoplasma DNA and RNA from cell culture materials (supernatants, cell suspensions, cryostocks), advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), and biopharmaceutical samples.

Unlike traditional methods based on silica spin columns, Cyclus® Bead Extraction uses a magnetic bead-based extraction protocol that ensures high and consistent nucleic acid recovery — critical for reliable downstream PCR detection.

The kit is compatible with manual processing using a magnetic rack, as well as with automated sample handling via the KingFisher™ Flex system, making it suitable for both routine testing and high-throughput applications.
