NexaGel® STEM is a xeno-free hydrogel system developed to enhance the performance of 3D static suspension cultures and facilitate the expansion of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), thereby enabling the creation of high-throughput platforms for modeling various tissues and disease states.

The ready-to-use NexaGel® STEM hydrogel system features an optimized formulation that supports the rapid expansion of high-quality 3D stem cell spheroids with preserved pluripotent characteristics. hPSCs can be directly thawed from liquid nitrogen or transferred from matrix-coated 2D culture vessels and immediately mixed with the hydrogel solution for static suspension cultures.

Thanks to its unique static suspension culture method, it eliminates the need for microcarriers in large bioreactors, simplifying and accelerating cell harvesting
