Clogging index | Wine

Prior to filtration, it is very important to check the clogging index (CI) of the wine to determine the filterability of each wine, assess the quality of filtration, or check good flow conditions. A CI value predicts possible clogging of the filter on the charging line. We offer a 5 liter stainless steel container to filter wine samples that can also be used to measure clogging index and Vmax.
