Flexsafe® RM Bags
Flexsafe® RM single-use bags are part of the Flexsafe® family of bioprocess bags with outstanding film quality. The bags are available in volumes of 1 L, 2 L, 10 L, 20 L, 50 L, 100 L and 200 L. They have installed and pre-calibrated single-use pH and DO sensors; bags from 10 L to 200 L have an integrated sensor for measuring live biomass (ViaMass).

The Flexsafe® RM bag is a robust 2D disposable bag for BIOSTAT® RM 20/50 or BIOSTAT® RM 200. Our Flexsafe® RM bags have proven their use for a wide range of different cell lines, including CHO, NS0, SF9, E. coli and mesenchymal stem cells. They are available in seven different sizes that support operating volumes from 100 mL to 100 L.
The bags are available in the following versions:
- basic - production without PH and DO control
- optical - have integrated single use opto-chemical pH and DO sensors that are pre-calibrated. With the BIOSTAT® RM control tower they have a fully automated process
- perfusion - have the option of perfusion membrane and collecting the product inside the bag or connecting to a device to collect the desired product.
