Aseptic sampling devices are a key component of an effective microbiological control program. Samples collected using the TakeOne® device are used to measure critical purity attributes such as bioburden, sterility and endotoxin, as well as important process parameters such as metabolites, nutrients, osmolality, pH, etc. The TakeOne® sampling device is a disposable and pre-assembled system. The TakeOne® single-use sampling device does not need to be pre-assembled - you can choose 25 mm, 1.5 "or 2" dimensions and options with 3, 5 or 9 fully enclosed and independent sampling lines. TakeOne® collects perfectly representative samples that give accurate results without the risk of invalid positive results. Each fluid path is completely closed and aseptic throughout the process, so there is no risk of false-positive or ambiguous results. TakeOne® is available with TPE pipes such as C-Flex® or with configurable aseptic connectors.
TAKEONE® is a single-use sampling device for aseptic sample collection during upstream and downstream process steps. Samples collected with the TAKEONE® device are perfectly representative without the risk of false-positive results. TAKEONE® is ideal for critical endotoxin, bioburden, sterility and purity testing. TAKEONE® is offered in a variety of configurations to fit perfectly into any sampling plan.
