MYCAP® CCX is a new patented system for cell culture propagation. This closed system with a revolutionary design ensures that the inflow of media, inoculation, sampling and transfer is done aseptically, outside the laminar. The system combines an integrated tube and a specially designed gas exchange cartridge in the same shutter. MYCAP® CCX comes fully assembled, including Erlenmeyer flask, gamma irradiated and ready to use.

Modernize the process of cell culture propagation

Integrated tubes support a good aseptic transmission technique to prevent contamination during each cell culture propagation procedure. Media loading, cell culture media storage, culture preparation, inoculation, sampling and transfer from flasks are performed outside the laminar.

Strong cell growth

A specially designed tube and gas exchange tank are inserted into the pre-formed shutter holes. A silicone elastomer is inserted into the lid, to hermetically fasten the installed parts, creating a highly effective plasticizer-free bottle closure.

Avoid contamination and improve ergonomics

Eliminating laminar work means lower operating costs and easier operations. There is no risk of contamination of the cell culture medium, which means you can remove spare vials and excess passages.
