CIMmultus ® is a unique and industrially proven line of pre-packaged chromatography monolithic columns with high flow channels, designed to work with large biomolecules such as viruses (AAV, adenovirus, lentivirus, influenza, bacteriophages), nucleic acids (mRNA, pDNA), viral and exosomes. CIMmultus® columns can be used as disposable or single-use columns.

CIMmultus® monoliths are high-resolution chromatography devices designed for multiple scalable purification of complex biological samples. Inside the specially designed housing is a one-piece stationary phase with a homogeneous channel size and surface chemistry. This stationary phase is designed to simplify the transfer of methods from development to production.

  • binds molecules with predominantly negative charge, repels molecules with predominantly positive charge
  • capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode
