Sartoflow® 1000
The Sartoflow® 1000 Single-Use Tangential Flow Filtration (SUTFF) system provides all controls and instrumentation needed to perform fully automated ultrafiltration and diafiltration (UF|DF) processes for batch volumes ranging from 20 to 200 L (200 g to 2.5 kg). This compact system with low hold-up volume is designed to handle cassette areas from 0.6 to 2.8 m² and hollow fiber modules with filtration areas from 0.13 to 2.5 m² (effective filter area depends on filter type and process parameters).

Its user-friendly system design simplifies automation of TFF process sequences using complete single-use flow kits that include all critical sensing and instrumentation technologies.

- Option to define step transitions based on one or more parameters, such as conductivity, retentate volume, permeate volume, or bag weight

- Manufactured in a controlled environment (Class 7, ISO 14644) under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system
- Components are biocompatibility tested and certified according to USP <88>

- Supplied double-bagged and irradiated with a minimum dose of 25 kGy
