Ambr® 15 fermentation is a high throughput automated bioreactor system for 24 parallel microbiological fermentation in an economical micro-bioreactor format of 8 to 12 ml. Ambr® 15 fermentation offers a wide range of applications:

  • strain selection
  • vector projection
  • media development and animal feed
  • early process optimization
  • QbD and DoE studies

It is based on the gold standard ambr® 15 technology, which enables automated parallel processing and control of 24 bioreactor experiments by a single operator. It is designed to support a high-density culture through efficient mixing and rapid response to changes in culture parameters. It is available with integrated biomass measurement for continuous real-time monitoring of microbial culture growth.
