Incucyte® Virtual Training: Neurotrack Analysis

Join a virtual training led by a Sartorius Field Application Specialist (FAS) focused on the neurite outgrowth analysis using the Incucyte®. Learn how to use the Incucyte® Neurotrack Analysis software module to segment cell body clusters and neurites and quantify metrics such as neurite length, branch points and cell body area. Our FAS experts will be on hand to answer your questions and share practical tips and insights to help you get the most out of these modules.

This training aims to provide comprehensive information on the following topics:

• Introduction to neurite outgrowth assays on the Incucyte®
• Applications and assay setup
• Analysis workflows: defining the cell body and neurite masks
• Data export and interpretation

Before participating in this advanced training session, we recommend that you have completed one of the following prerequisites:

• Attended an in-person New User Incucyte® training session given by a Sartorius FAS
• Attended a session from our Incucyte® Virtual Training: Base Analysis Software series
  This will ensure you have the foundational knowledge necessary for this advanced training.
